Tasty Tuesday: Peanut Butter Balls

Happy Tuesday everyone! It's another Tasty Tuesday edition  where my sister in law, Deanna, is sharing some healthy and delicious recipes that wont break the scale, and are Beachbody Diet approved!

In case you need a reminder, here is Deanna and her family...

Deanna has her Bachelors in Health Sciences and became a Beachbody coach in June 2015! While we are talking about Deanna, let's talk about the awesome results she's had from her Beachbody program...

Go girl!! You look great!

Okay, on to today's recipe! My friend Sarah makes these tasty little morsels called Buckeye Balls, that are essentially peanut butter balls that have been dipped in chocolate. They are amazing. I'm actually a little mad that Sarah introduced them to me because now I know they are delicious and easy to make, and I may or may not crave them on a regular basis. So I was pumped when Deanna showed me her healthy take on peanut butter balls! Yum!

Peanut Butter Cup Protein Balls

These are great for a delicious snack with a huge punch of flavor, which you don’t have to feel bad about!!

Serving size 1-2 balls.

2 Cups rolled oats

1 Cup Peanut Butter

¾ Cup Honey

1 tsp vanilla

2 tsp cinnamon

3 Tbsp Chocolate protein powder

Mash all ingredients together in a medium bowl.

Set in fridge for approximately 30 minutes to an hour.

Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and ENJOY!  Best stored in fridge for desired consistency.

I can't wait to make these, and completely disregard the suggested serving size! ;) Thanks for sharing your recipe Deanna!
